Frequently Asked Questions?

When should I avoid getting a massage?

It is recommended to avoid scheduling a massage appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cold symptoms, feeling unwell, or have a contagious skin condition. These conditions may affect the type of massage that is suitable for you. However, if you are unsure, we are more than happy to assist you. You can book a consultation with one of our experienced therapists who can provide further guidance on the massages that would be best suited to your specific needs.

Will the massage hurt?

During a massage, you should not experience any pain. Throughout your treatment, the therapist will regularly inquire about the pressure being applied to ensure your comfort. Feel free to communicate your preferences regarding pressure at any time during the session. Don't hesitate to speak up, as the therapist can always adjust the pressure accordingly. While certain techniques may result in mild soreness a few days after the massage, it is important to note that pain should not be felt during or after the treatment in general.

What age group do you accept?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old for utilising our services. However, we do offer services for minors from the age of 8 and above, provided that a waiver is signed by a legal guardian or parent.
